About Me.

A seasoned Creative Recruiter and HR professional with a passion for nurturing, coaching and connecting creative talent. With career experience in both Ad Agencies and the Creative Arts as VP of Human Resources, I have a keen eye for identifying top talent for creative roles. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wilmington College, as well as a Master of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. My diverse background in recruiting creative talent has aided me to excel in tapping talent across various creative fields, from Advertising & Marketing, to the Creative Arts & Non-Profits.  

 

On a personal note: I am a proud mom of three sons, two who have and are serving in our U.S. Military. I am also a fierce advocate for Mental Health Awareness in the workplace.
