3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
4. Services Provided
The Site connects Job Seekers and Employers. As a Job Seeker, you can create a profile, search for job openings, and apply for jobs. As an Employer, you can post job listings, search resumes, and contact potential candidates.
5. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content.
- Violate any applicable local, state, or national laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security.
7. Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job Seekers agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, resume, and application.
- Keep your contact information and other details up to date.
- Refrain from applying to job listings for which you are not qualified or do not intend to apply for.
**8. Employer Responsibilities**
Employers agree to:
- Provide accurate, clear, and non-discriminatory job listings.
- Not use the Site for any illegal or unethical purposes, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, or exploitation.
- Comply with applicable labor laws and regulations regarding recruitment.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video, are the property of Allies in HR Consulting, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
